Engagement Model
Our staff are provided on a full-time (40 hours per week) basis. Additional hours can be worked and are charged at an hourly rate. Talentfindr supports a flexible working engagement model allowing you to switch between WFH (Work from home), Hybrid, or Full time in the office instantaneously.
Your resource is not shared
Our staff are 100% dedicated to you. We do not share their time with another client.
Your staff will operate during Australian business hours and observe public holidays in the Philippines to ensure compliance with local regulations. Additional charges may apply for holiday work. Our Admin will work with you to make this process seamless. However, we are flexible, so if you have any specific requirements let us know.

We have established an evaluation process that includes a skills test tailored to the relevant role and a personality test to assess natural traits such as intelligence, work ethic, English proficiency, manners, and professional appearance.

Additionally, we value candidates with academic achievements such as Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Summa Cum Laude, and recognition on the Dean's List. We believe individuals who have demonstrated high intelligence and a strong work ethic during their university years are likely to maintain these qualities in their professional endeavors.

Onboarding, Training, and Assessment

Onboarding Process
Our process differs from other BPO operations in that we consistently interview candidates for all positions, assess and categorize them, and seek their consent to place them on our waitlist until a suitable position becomes available. During this interim period, if we identify additional skills that may be needed, we actively support and encourage candidates to acquire and master these skills.

​Training Process
The duration of the training period varies depending on the complexity of the job description you've provided. We ensure that candidates have at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, aligning with your criteria, to minimize training requirements. Typically, the training period spans 1 month to acquaint the staff with your systems and processes. For more complex roles, additional training time may be necessary.

Assessment Process

The assessment process begins immediately after our interviews are completed. We identify weaknesses, recommend and support training courses. Once appointed, this assessment continues, enabling us to suggest further improvements and work closely with you to understand your company's specific operations. Continuous evaluation not only helps us assess performance but also pinpoints additional training needs. Your feedback throughout this process is crucial for ensuring success.
We monitor employee development regularly and provide you with quarterly reports highlighting areas needing improvement, which we address promptly. Following this, a comprehensive written report will be provided for all parties to review and address issues, ensuring ongoing improvement.







Flexible Offshore Solutions with Talentfindr


Contracts:
Contracts for each role are typically for a 6-month period; however, project-specific roles can be considered and agreed upon based on need.

Staffing:
Similar to Australia, staff are initially placed on probation for 6 months and are not confirmed as permanent until after probation is completed and approved by you.

Termination:
Staff can generally be terminated for poor performance or tardiness with 1 month's notice. In such cases, we will promptly provide a replacement candidate and waive all recruitment costs for the replacement.
