Onboarding Process
Our process differs from other BPO operations in that we consistently interview candidates for all positions, assess and categorize them, and seek their consent to place them on our waitlist until a suitable position becomes available. During this interim period, if we identify additional skills that may be needed, we actively support and encourage candidates to acquire and master these skills.

​Training Process
The duration of the training period varies depending on the complexity of the job description you've provided. We ensure that candidates have at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, aligning with your criteria, to minimize training requirements. Typically, the training period spans 1 month to acquaint the staff with your systems and processes. For more complex roles, additional training time may be necessary.

Assessment Process

The assessment process begins immediately after our interviews are completed. We identify weaknesses, recommend and support training courses. Once appointed, this assessment continues, enabling us to suggest further improvements and work closely with you to understand your company's specific operations. Continuous evaluation not only helps us assess performance but also pinpoints additional training needs. Your feedback throughout this process is crucial for ensuring success.
We monitor employee development regularly and provide you with quarterly reports highlighting areas needing improvement, which we address promptly. Following this, a comprehensive written report will be provided for all parties to review and address issues, ensuring ongoing improvement.
